What are Bespoke Orders?
At Laura's Palette, we specialize in crafting custom stationery that helps you celebrate and capture the most important moments in your life. Bespoke orders are entirely custom, so you can order any quantity you need, from the design only to sets of 1, 10, 1.000 cards. However, please note that the cost per card will be higher for smaller quantities, so it may not be economical to order bespoke cards in low quantities.
What are Semi-Custom Orders?
Semi-Custom Orders are a great alternative if you are cost concious and still don't want to compromise on unique custom stationery. With our personalization tool you can create your own unique designs using our hand drawn illustrations and uploading your own photos and designs. Afterwards it will be printed and shipped to your doorstep.
Who Owns the Artwork?
All artwork is owned by our artist, Laura Borgelt, unless specified otherwise for special projects like logos, emblems, and monograms.
If you have a special request for complete ownership and rights to the commissioned artwork, please contact us directly to discuss your needs.
We are also open to discussions on ownership rights for licensing and publishing projects. Feel free to reach out to us to explore terms and pricing via studio@lauraspalette.com
What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, we accept unused, unopened, and undamaged products within 14 business days of receiving your order. Please note that return postage is the buyer’s responsibility.
To start a return, email us at studio@lauraspalette.com for a return authorization. Carefully repack your items to prevent damage during transit, and send them to the address provided in our email. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure your return reaches us safely, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in the post.
Once we receive your return and confirm that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund. Please note that we cannot accept returns that arrive damaged or without prior authorization.
Please note: Returns and cancellations are not accepted for custom/bespoke orders. We ensure you're satisfied with every step of the design process before proceeding. Please note that also semi-custom orders given their nature of being personalized, cannot be returned or cancelled.
