1. Digital Products

Delivery Method:

  • Once your purchase is complete,you will receive an order confirmation email followed by an email containing the next steps to start the design process together for your custom/bespoke stationery. Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information. 

 

2. Physical Products

Shipping Methods:

  • We strive to ship your physical products using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping method available, which you will see at checkout. We work with local printing partners to produce our prints closest to you.

Shipping Costs:

  • Automatic Calculation: Shipping costs for physical products will be automatically calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Shipping Timeframes:

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Delivery Time: Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location and products purchased. For EMEA ready-to-buy item orders the average delivery time accounts for 5 business days. Custom/Bespoke and personalised items are individual and delivery is agreed on between both parties during the design process.

International Shipping:

  • We offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that shipping times and costs will vary depending on the destination.
  • Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to international orders. These charges are not included in the shipping cost at checkout.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.

3. Additional Information

  • Combined Orders: If your order includes both digital and physical products, please note that the digital products will be delivered via email, while the physical products will be shipped as per the details provided above.
  • Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete address information.
