How does it work?

Once you place your order and provide your email adress we will reach out to you with our questionnaire to provide all the information we need to create a truely custom piece. You can also request any needs in terms of details, elements, scenery etc. Afterwards we will take 2-3 weeks depending on availabilty to create your custom name illustration. If you need it rushed, no problem at all. We will try to accommodate your request for an additional fee of 100 CHF.
