The “Ultimate” design option includes everything your heart desires. Single elements, half or full page illustrations and elements that create a holistic page design including background coverage if requested, transporting the guest directly to the depicted scenery, thanks to the level of detail. The ultimate design option includes custom sizing & format integrating form and design. 2 rounds of amends. Artwork only. 

You will receive all essential templates, listed below and any additional you might need. Think bar menu, welcome sign, bottle lables etc. We will work on the copy together and add information as you receive them (e.g. the menu won't be available closer to the date). Printing is usually done by you but I will provide the material and guidance for the best printing results. However, if you would prefer us to take care of the printing and assembling this can be added for this package for an additional fee including the printing and shipping costs.

We advise to get in touch 6 to 12 months in advance of your event.

For our Ultimate Design package you can choose to receive the digital files to print a your convenience or let us handle the printing. After you have secured your slot and we have completed the introduction call, please allow for the design process a minimum of 1 month and an additional month in case you would like us to take care of the printing and sourcing. We advise to get in touch 9 to 12 months in advance of your event.

Please note that returns and cancellations are not accepted for custom/bespoke orders as they are created specifically for you. We ensure you're satisfied with every step of the design process before proceeding.

We’ll take time to connect, talk through your story, inspirations, and dreams, and uncover what matters most for your celebration. This is where the vision begins to take shape.

2. Creative Process


We’ll share initial sketches to set the creative direction and timeline. From there, your stationery comes to life in three stages: pre-wedding, wedding day, and post-wedding pieces. With up to three rounds of collaboration, we’ll refine each design so it feels just right.

3. Design Delivery


Your final designs are delivered as digital or physical pieces, crafted with care. For those who’d like the full experience, we also offer printing, hand assembly, and shipping to your chosen destination.
