Once you place your order and provide your email adress we will reach out to you to provide one or more reference photos. You can also request any needs in terms of details, background etc. Afterwards we will take 2-3 weeks depending on availabilty to create your custom portrait. If you need it rushed, no problem at all. We will try to accommodate your request for an additional fee of 100 CHF.
At Laura's Palette, we aim to make the most sustainable choices. That's why also our non-custom print products are produced specifically for you only after your order is placed, ensuring zero excess production and minimizing waste. Therefore, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping.
